Originally from Chalchihuites, Zacatecas, Mexico, Marco developed from an early age a deep connection with the countryside and nature. Educated at the Agricultural High School of the Autonomous University of Chapingo, he continued his preparation in Japan, where he obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in International Biobusiness from the Tokyo University of Agriculture.
With more than 25 years of experience in the agri-food sector and an international career that includes four years in a management position within Zensho Holdings, a world leader in agri-food integration, Marco spent a decade in Japan, where he consolidated a strategic vision that combines operational excellence, innovation and sustainability.

His professional and human career, added to his experience in more than 70 countries, led him to found Yume Holdings, with the conviction of transforming the Mexican countryside through sustainable, profitable and regenerative models that generate prosperity for communities, strengthen food security and promote a lasting balance with nature.

Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, Alina Pichugina is a specialist in economics and business organization. With an international background that includes professional experience in the United States and a solid stay in Mexico over the last decade, Alina has a deep and global understanding of the business landscape and organizational dynamics.
His experience in organizational control and institutional development has allowed him to implement strategies that strengthen the structure of Yume Holdings, promoting efficient processes, effective communication and a culture of continuous improvement. In addition, he has outstanding skills in recruitment and talent management, focused on maintaining the balance and cohesion of the team, ensuring that each area contributes harmoniously to the sustainable growth of the company.
